Registration and account security
Create an account on the registration page and use the available security settings. Creating or changing API keys requires a confirmation code — from an authenticator app or, if none is connected, from an email to your verified address. Keep your password and recovery information separate from the device you use.
Support does not ask for passwords, one-time codes, API secrets or private keys. If someone else may have gained access, change your password, review security settings and rotate the affected keys.
Choosing an asset and network
Open the platform catalogue and check whether the required feature is available for the asset. An asset may operate on several networks. For tokens, also check the contract: matching names or tickers do not guarantee it is the same asset.
Addresses and incoming transfers
In the wallet, select the asset and network, then obtain a receiving address. If a destination tag or memo is shown, give it to the sender together with the address. Similar address formats do not make different networks interchangeable.
Incoming funds may initially await network confirmations. Check their status in wallet history and the explorer. When contacting support, provide the network, address and TXID; no secret data is needed.
Transfers and fees
Before confirming a transfer, verify the recipient, network, amount, tag or memo and total fees. Token network fees may be paid in the native network asset. Multiple recipients and fee levels depend on the network.
For a submitted transfer, follow its current status. Do not repeat it merely because an update is delayed: first check the history and TXID. A network-confirmed transaction generally cannot be cancelled through the platform.
Plans and integrations
Feature availability and limits depend on your plan and supported asset-network pair. Service fees and the payment balance are described on the pricing page and in the relevant guide. Use SCI for a store and the API to automate an application.
