Parties and scope
These terms govern use of the CoinVertus website and services by users and the operator listed below. They apply together with the selected service description, applicable plan and documentation for the feature concerned.
Users must have legal capacity to enter into and perform this relationship under the law applicable to them. Acting for an organisation requires authority to represent it. Use only services permitted in your country and appropriate to your circumstances.

Services and availability
The platform provides wallet, network explorer, exchange, API and SCI payment interfaces. Features depend on the supported asset, network, plan and current technical availability. The platform catalogue and parameters shown before confirmation apply to the particular operation.
Rates and explorer data are informational and may be delayed. They do not promise an execution price or return and are not personalised investment recommendations.
Account and security
Keep contact details current, protect your password and second factor, and control issued API keys. Actions through your account and keys must be performed by you or people you authorise. If compromise is suspected, promptly restrict access and contact support.
Transactions and network risks
Before confirming, check the asset, network, recipient address, amount, tag or memo and fees. Incorrect networks or details may lead to loss of funds. Submission does not guarantee immediate confirmation: delays, fee changes, reorganisations and network failures are possible.
Cancellation depends on transaction status and the service concerned. Network-confirmed transactions generally cannot be cancelled or reversed by support. If the outcome is unknown, check the status first; confirming a new operation may create a second transfer.
Plans, fees and balance
Your plan determines available features, limits and service fees. Network fees are separate. Review the calculation before confirming; parameters may change after a quote expires or network conditions change. Service-specific fee charges and refunds are described in the relevant documentation.
Features using the payment balance require sufficient funds. Payment-balance withdrawal requests follow the procedure shown in your account. A network fee for a completed transaction is not refunded by the platform as a fee for an unprovided service.
API, SCI and integrator responsibilities
Store integration secrets on the server, verify request and webhook signatures, and handle redelivery and rate limits. Merchants map invoices to orders and verify payment outcomes using the SCI documentation. A buyer reaching a return page does not by itself confirm payment.
Acceptable use and restrictions
Do not use the platform for unlawful transactions, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, credential attacks, bypassing restrictions or loads that disrupt other users. Do not impersonate the operator or collect secrets while pretending to be support.
A feature or operation may be restricted because of technical failure, a security threat, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement. Contact support with the operation identifier to resolve a dispute. Access restrictions do not cancel the parties’ applicable obligations.
Responsibility and resolution
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. CoinVertus does not control public-network consensus or independent external services. These terms do not exclude liability or user rights that cannot legally be limited.
First send support a complaint describing the event, date and operation identifiers. The operator’s applicable law and jurisdiction are identified in the details above; mandatory rules giving users additional rights remain effective. Data-processing matters are also governed by the privacy policy.
Contact support about this document. State the subject of your request and your account email if it is relevant.
Changes to these terms
The current version is published on this page. Changes must not retroactively replace the terms of an already confirmed operation. Where changing an existing relationship requires notice or separate consent, the legally required procedure applies.
